My mission is to use my insight, creativity and resourcefulness
to support and inspire others to find their magic and
intentionally create the life of their dreams.
Important Update!
In the past month, I sold my retreat property, liquidated one of my businesses and sorted, donated or stored all my belongings until I settle into my next permanent living space. For now, I am staying in Florida with my Dad who is needing a bit of extra support. On top of an already intense month, my heart hurts and my soul is unsettled around the post election chaos. I've been burning the candle on both ends, and don't have a lot of wax left in the middle.
So, for now, I'm "wintering'. I'm reading. The two books on my nightstand right now are The Art of Doing Nothing: Simple Ways to Make Time for Yourself and Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times.
I'm writing. I felt inspired to start a new blog series A Journey Back to Hope, in which I share some pretty raw experiences, thoughts, emotions, and some helpful tools to help us navigate this chaotic post election journey. I'm also working on my new book, What I've Learned from Other People's Kids that Parents Need to Know, a teaching memoir in which I share what I've learned from my years of working with young people in the area of adolescent development and sexuality education.
I'm nesting. I'm creating a living and working space at my Dad's house in Florida as I'll be spending a fair amount of time here.
I'm coaching my existing clients and am open to new opportunities that inspire me.
I have some new program ideas kicking around in my head, but for now, I'm focused on simply exploring.
I'm taking it one day at a time and doing what I need to do to each day to connect with my heart and soothe my soul as I continue to move through transition; my own personal one and the global one.

When Covid hit, Trisha pivoted and began providing a comfortable, safe and affordable mid-term living option for traveling nurses who come to the Valley to help alleviate a community healthcare staffing shortage. She spent many years coordinating an adolescent health clinic, community outreach education and peer education program, working with local schools, parents, youth serving professionals and community groups around adolescent development, sexuality education teen pregnancy prevention, self esteem and success. She is in the process of writing a book about what she leaned from other people's kids and what parents need to know to support their kids through adolescence. Stay in touch with news, excerpts and announcements about this project here. She is an avid skier and has shared her passion with kids and adults alike, helping them overcome fear, move gracefully and confidently down the mountain and apply their new skills to life. She is the former Ski & Snowboard School Director at King Pine Ski Area where she worked with trainers, coaches and instructors to develop their passion along with their teaching, assessment and customer service skills to better serve their students and athletes.
