She teaches conscious, subconscious and heart-centered tools to reduce stress, raise self-esteem and empower and motivate her students, clients and staff to develop goals, action steps and accountability plans that lead to success and fulfillment.
Trisha specializes in 1 on 1 Deep Dive Strategy Sessions and Retreats for people making the transition from the intense to intentional and from corporate culture to living a life of passion, purpose, intention, fulfillment and inner peace.

Professionally trained as a pharmacist with over twenty years of professional practice, teaching experience and science background, combined with years of experience and training in personal growth, transformation and spiritual development, Trisha understands the brain and the heart and their impact on physical and emotional health and how it's all connected to well being and fulfillment.
For the past several years, Trisha has been mentored by Jack Canfield, star of the movie The Secret, expert in the Law of Attraction and beloved author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and the Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be for adults and teens. She leads Jack's Assisting Teams for his Breakthrough to Success and Success Principles Train the Trainer live events.
Trisha is a certified facilitator of the Cultural Transformational Tools of the Barrett Values Centre and specializes in creating, transforming and motivating teams to build and sustain a high performing, values-driven culture.
She is has recently been exploring the science behind essential oils and will be certified in Aroma Freedom Techniques (AFT) in by the end of September, 2020. AFT is a collection of tools that combine with proven psychological principles, to quickly and gently dissolve the negative thoughts, feelings and memories that hold us back from reaching our goals and dreams. By holding the four primary aspects of consciousness together at the same time (feeling, thought, sensation, and imagination) while using specific essential oils to effect the memory center of the brain, the client becomes free from the effects of negative thoughts and experiences from the past, present and even the future to support goal achievement, stress reduction, relief from painful memories, and overall mental and emotional balance.
Trisha has mastered the intentional use of the Law of Attraction in her own life. She loves teaching and coaching her students, mentees and clients about how to combine the Law with planned and inspired action while working in partnership with the Universe to create the life of their dreams.
Trisha lives in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley in NH where she coordinates an adolescent health clinic and community outreach education program working with local schools, parents, youth serving professionals and community groups around teen pregnancy prevention, self esteem and success.
She is an avid skier and can found sharing her passion and helping kids and adults overcome their fear and move gracefully and confidently down the mountain. She serves as the Ski & Snowboard School Director at King Pine Ski Area in the winter where she works with trainers, coaches and instructors to develop their passion along with their teaching, assessment and customer service skills to better serve their students and athletes.
Trisha recently purchased her dream property and is in the process of transforming it into a retreat and training center. The barn, breakout rooms, outdoor spaces, mountain views, lake access and overnight guest rooms make Ripple on Silver Lake the perfect venue for small group retreat, workshop, class, social gathering or wedding.
