Professionally trained as a pharmacist with over twenty years of professional practice, teaching experience and science background, combined with years of experience and training in personal growth, transformation and spiritual development, Trisha understands the brain and the heart and their impact on physical and emotional health how it's all connected to well being.
For the past four years,Trisha has been personally trained, coached and mentored by Jack Canfield, star of the movie The Secret, expert in the Law of Attraction and beloved author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and the Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be for adults and teens. She is honored to be selected to serve on Jack's Assisting Team for his Advanced and Train the Trainer programs!
Trisha has mastered the intentional use of the Law of Attraction in her own life. She loves teaching and coaching her students, mentees and clients about how to combine the Law with planned and inspired action while working in partnership with the Universe to create the life of their dreams.

~she is profoundly intuitive and often works with spirit guides who provide her with messages and insights that support her both personally and professionally.
~she is grateful for her dear friend and ex-husband, who gave her the “gift of desperation” through his struggle with addiction. It was through this experience that she became deeply connected with her higher power and divine source and learned about the profound and healing power of forgiveness, compassion and unconditional love.
~Trisha wasn’t able to have kids of her own. This made her very sad at first, until she discovered that her true passion and purpose in life is to support other people’s kids … without ever having to change dirty diapers!
Teens, young adults, parents and youth service providers say remarkable things about the impact Trisha’s work has on them. They also appreciate how her expertise has helped them bridge the communication gap between young people and adults, thus increasing understanding and motivation and reducing conflict.
Trisha lives in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley in NH where she coordinates an adolescent health clinic and community outreach education program working with local schools, parents, youth serving professionals and community groups around teen pregnancy prevention, teen esteem and success.
She is an avid skier and can found sharing her passion and helping kids and adults overcome their fear and move gracefully and confidently down the mountain.
