About Trisha

Trisha Jacobson is a bestselling author, educator, certified Success Principles trainer, and heart-centered coach who distills life’s hardest transitions into simple, teachable tools that help people live with more clarity, courage, and connection. With a unique blend of science and soul, Trisha helps people move through change with more love, purpose, and trust in themselves. Her work guides clients and students in letting go of fear, clearing subconscious blocks, listening to the intuitive wisdom of the heart, and taking aligned action toward a life of intention, impact, and fulfillment.

A former pharmacist turned sexuality educator, clinic coordinator, human potential trainer, and coach, Trisha brings more than 25 years of experience teaching in classrooms, running youth health programs, leading retreats, facilitating workshops, and supporting people through some of life’s most difficult and meaningful transitions.

She is known for her grounded presence, deep compassion, and ability to blend the practical and the profound.

Trisha is a certified Success Principles and Canfield Methodology trainer, personally trained by Jack Canfield, author of The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be and cocreator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. She led Jack’s assisting teams for his Breakthrough to Success events and his elite Success Principles Train the Trainer program.

She is also a certified Barrett Values facilitator and integrates success principles, values work, neuroscience, energy psychology, the Law of Attraction, emotional processing tools, and heart-centered practices into her coaching, teaching, and transformational programs.

Trisha’s teaching experience extends beyond classrooms and retreat rooms. As a certified PSIA Level 2 Ski Instructor, she spent more than 20 years teaching skiing and ultimately directed a successful ski school in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Whether on the mountain, in a workshop, or in a coaching session, her work has always centered on helping people build confidence, trust themselves, and move through fear into possibility.

Today, Trisha specializes in deep-dive coaching and training programs, clarity tune-ups, and legacy alignment work for women who are ready to move from where they are to where they truly want to be, while staying connected to their deepest values, passion, purpose, and vision.

After selling Ripple on Silver Lake, her beloved New Hampshire retreat property, in 2024, Trisha is now focused on helping women navigate the transition from career to calling and create a legacy with impact.

She is also actively developing her own legacy projects.

Her mini book for parents, What I’ve Learned from Other People’s Kids That Parents Need to Know, draws on decades of intimate, unfiltered conversations with young people in sex education classrooms, adolescent health clinics, and peer education programs. Trisha still has two large gray tote boxes filled with more than 25 years of anonymous questions young people asked her about sex, relationships, growing up, and real life. Those questions will eventually become a guide to help teens, parents, and adults who work with young people navigate adolescence with more honesty, compassion, and trust.

Trisha is also finishing her upcoming book, My Caregiving Essentials: What to Say, Do, and Prepare Before Caregiving Becomes Your Second Full-Time Job, scheduled for release in June 2026. The book is rooted in both her professional experience as a pharmacist and her personal experience as a caregiver for her mother and father over more than a decade. In addition to the book, Trisha is developing training and resources for families and caregivers who are trying to navigate an often-fractured healthcare system while caring for the people they love.
