I get excited by shiny objects, new ideas and potential new projects and collaborations! Over the past couple of years I've realized that although I get alot accomplished, I often lose focus, leave things unfinished and spend my energy on other people's priorities while losing sight of my own goals.

One of my favorite tools is muscle testing. It helps me be clear about what to commit to and helps me to resist the adrenaline rush that comes from starting something new makes it easier for me to stay on purpose.
I am currently writing a book. I have known for some time that I have a book in me, but had no idea what I would write about. My inspiration came after a profound metaphysical experience followed by a dream. I even woke up with a working title. I muscle tested the book concept and got a YES! and have been writing ever since. Fear tried to stop me, but using Jack's Success Principles helps keep me on task!
